Grammie’s Sugar Pancakes

4 eggs – beaten

1 ½ c. milk

1 c. flour

¼ c. sugar

¼ tsp. salt

Beat eggs with whisk – add milk. Gradually whisk in remaining ingredients. Batter will be thin. Cook on griddle – when bubbles form, flip.

To serve: spread butter on warm pancake, sprinkle with sugar and roll up crepe style. Slice.

These pancakes were always served by my Grammie. Now I am Grandma and anytime there’s a sleepover these are the demanded breakfast.
