Dear Rachel,

Thank you so much for all your help in arranging my room and picking pieces to fit my needs and style. I have decided against some of the pieces including the loveseat mostly due to cost constraints and so I am returning the fabric samples. However, I am looking forward to receiving the inlaid Stickley table I ordered and may want to order fabric from one of the samples to recover a rocker. To Knilans’ Staff,

We received our new dining room table and chairs today. Wow, are they ever nice…just what we wanted for our kitchen / dining area. Thanks.
We would also like to thank Vince and Lee who delivered our furniture. I don’t know if you know how professional, polite, and nice these two employees are. First, they arrived exactly on time at 1:00 p.m. They wore white gloves and very carefully unboxed and prepared our table and 4 chairs. They even replace the slides on the bottom of the legs with soft cushioned pads. Next, they wiped down our table and chairs with a soft cloth and made it shine.
We would also like to thank, Jay who guided us professional during our purchase. He is a pro and we will return to Knilans in the future if we need anything.
